The Sassy Staffie wants you to always receive a friendly and personal service. If you would like advice please email us at orders@sassystaffie.co.uk. Shopping with us is a fast and secure process.
Once you have successfully placed an order you will be sent an email confirming details of your order. Please check the confirmatory email and notify us immediately of any errors at orders@sassystaffie.co.uk. A follow-up email will then be sent once the goods have been dispatched to you.
Delivery Information
Postage Costs
We want our Staffie products to be available for everyone so we can ship worldwide!
UK Delivery: Postage is charged at £2.99 for standard delivery.
For orders containing only greeting cards postage is charged at £1 for standard delivery.
Rest of the World: Postage is charged at £3.50 for standard delivery.
Delivery Times
All items in your order are made-to-order, meaning your items are specifically created for you when you order. Some take longer than others to create. Please see individual listings for despatch times. Cards and Notebooks are despatched within 2 business days.
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Standard.
Estimated delivery times once order is despatched. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed:
UK: 3-5 working days
USA: 5-10 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Please note that if you are ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such customs duties rests solely with you and we have no control or liability for them.
Payment
Our payments are processed securely using PayPal. PayPal enables you to can pay online using Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard or PayPal.
Returns
If you are not happy with any product you order – don’t worry – you can always return it. We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from The Sassy Staffie.
Please email and let us know as soon as possible if you would like to return an item. Please return the item/s in their original condition within 14 days and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). Please use the original packaging to ensure against breakages. It is important to return items with proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We will refund or exchange your order once it is received by us.
Damaged Item
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 7 days.
Order Never Arrived
If your order didn’t end up arriving please contact us via email. In the case of non-delivery please wait 21 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before the goods have been dispatched please email us orders@sassystaffie.co.uk as quickly as possible quoting your order reference number. If the goods have already been dispatched you will need to follow the instructions in our Returns Policy.
